The dus.net GmbH is a telecommunication company with comprehensive services in the field of voice, data and multimedia services primarily to business customers. The data collection, processing and usements are to fulfill the above purposes.

5. Description of affected groups and their data and data categories: 

Data from customers, employees or suppliers, if the purposes are required according to point 4. 

6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be transmitted: 

- Public authorities when legally, 
- External contractors according to § 11 BDSG,

- External and internal dus.net divisions and subsidiaries according to point 4.  

7. Standard periods for the deletion of data: 

The deletion of data happens after the expiry of the legal, statutory or contractual retention periods. Data are not affected, if they are deleted according to point 4 under mentioned accounts.

 

8. Planned data transmission to third countries: 

A transfer to third countries is not planned.

1. Importance and use of data collected by the dus.net GmbH 

Personal data will only be stored, processed and used, to the extent necessary for the purpose of enabling the services we offer. In connection with a contract (eg, via a DSL rate) we therefore require your name and postal address, date of birth, your phone number, your e-mail address and your bank account (inventory data). We use this information to contact you to inform about news and changes of dus.net services such as tariff changes and technical innovations.
