In this VoIP API Developer Portal, you talk to the platform via HTTPS (REST): requests and responses are structured and intended for typical integration scenarios in CRM or ticket systems. Webhooks deliver events to URLs you have stored so that your backend does not have to constantly query the status. CDR data summarizes call metadata for evaluation and billing and supplements the view that you already know from telephony.
The Basic, Pro and Enterprise packages differ mainly according to the monthly quota for webhook deliveries and the support level; the maps below list the specific figures. As with DUStel without API, minutes, SMS and other telephony charges are billed additionally - the VoIP API controls functions and events, but does not replace any connection or network costs.
