Provider change and porting to dus.net

Provider change: For us, porting numbers to DUStel means transferring them to dus.net - regardless of whether they are individual numbers or number blocks. Porting means transferring them from your current provider to a new provider. This is now relatively straightforward and reliable, usually within 14 days. However, the actual transfer date always depends on the transferring provider and is usually linked to the term of your contract with that provider. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to transfer your phone numbers out of your current contract early.

If a provider change date has been set, the number porting is carried out on this day, usually between 06:00 and 08:00 in the morning. If everything runs smoothly, this is usually unnoticeable for you.

The change of provider from your previous provider to dus.net is never initiated directly when ordering a tariff, but always as a separate process via our customer center. With the provider change form generated there, which the current number holder must sign, we can then carry out the porting and take care of all further steps for you.
