Local numbers and ordering conditions

Telephone numbers and DUStel tariffs in the desired local network: New local network telephone numbers can be ordered in addition to any DUStel tariff; the tariff conditions of the selected tariff apply accordingly. The prerequisite for obtaining a number from a specific local network is that you also live or run your business in this local network. You must therefore always have a real address in this local network.

As a private individual, you may obtain a maximum of 10 telephone numbers, as a company up to 100 telephone numbers. If more than 100 numbers are required, a higher demand must be registered with the Federal Network Agency and explained. If the additional demand is conclusive, you will receive a corresponding letter from the BNA allowing you to obtain a larger block.
